As a team of lived-experience professionals, we recognized the need for more addiction care, education, and interventions that are peer-led and client-focused. Those conversations directed us to create a team of collaborative and ethical coaches and counsellors with a diverse set of skills and backgrounds. This team has a focus on creating and sharing peer-directed education, certification, and treatment, not just with those seeking treatment for addiction, but amongst ourselves, building a solid and supportive group of helping professionals.
