recovery coach

Recovery Coaches at EPIC Recovery provide structured, emotionally attuned support to individuals navigating various stages of addiction recovery. This role includes one-on-one coaching as part of program packages such as Recovery Maintenance, and — depending on organizational needs — may also involve providing support within residential treatment settings operated by or partnered with EPIC Recovery.

Recovery Coaches empower clients through personalized goal setting, emotional resilience building, and the development of long-term wellness strategies. They do not offer clinical therapy but instead provide practical, motivational support that complements and reinforces the work done in counselling.

This is a unique opportunity to guide and support individuals on their recovery journey, helping them develop the tools and strategies needed to create a fulfilling, substance-free life.
