Virtual Program Overview

This program is designed for people navigating mild to moderate substance use concerns, early recovery, or relapse prevention who want structure, education, and real-world tools without stepping away from their lives.

The foundation of the program is a comprehensive, self-paced digital curriculum built from over a decade of clinical experience. Participants move through structured psychoeducational classes that focus on understanding substance use, building practical life skills, strengthening emotional regulation, and learning how to sustain substance-free living in the real world.

The program is intentionally designed to be completed independently, at the participant’s own pace, and revisited as often as needed. Access is provided for life, allowing individuals to return to the material as their needs evolve.

What Enrollment Includes

Enrollment provides lifetime access to the full digital program, including all classes, lessons, written materials, and professionally produced video content.

In addition to the digital curriculum, participants receive access to structured recovery support groups offered through our existing community programming. These groups are designed to reinforce learning, encourage accountability, and reduce isolation while participants apply the material in daily life.

This includes:

Access to weekly in-person recovery groups, when available
Access to scheduled virtual recovery groups
Ongoing opportunities to engage with a supportive recovery community

Group participation is optional and intended as a complement to the educational content, not a replacement for individual counselling or clinical treatment. Participation is subject to group guidelines, scheduling, and capacity.

Real change doesn’t come from one good weekend. It comes from taking what you learn, practicing it in real life, and coming back to refine it until it sticks. That’s why this program isn’t built on motivation or willpower. It’s built on repetition, structure, and support, so you’re not doing recovery alone between sessions.

Who this program is not for

The EPIC Virtual Program is not intended as a crisis service or a substitute for medical or acute mental health care. If you’re currently in acute withdrawal, require detox, are in an active crisis, or need 24-hour monitoring and stabilization, this program is not the right first step.
