A Heartfelt Thank You
to Our Community for an Amazing Open House
Check out some photos below!
Last Friday marked a truly special day for EPIC Recovery as we opened our doors to welcome friends, family, partners, students, and community members to our new space. The open house was a wonderful opportunity to connect, share our vision, and celebrate the journey of recovery together.
We are absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone who supported us in so many ways—whether you attended in person, sent encouraging messages, or cheered us on from afar. Your kindness and belief in our mission inspire us every day to continue building a safe and welcoming place for healing and growth.
The energy throughout the day was vibrant, filled with hopeful conversations, laughter, and the sharing of stories that remind us all why this work matters. Our new space truly felt alive with connection and community spirit.
We invite you to take a look at some photos from the event to get a glimpse of the warmth and joy that filled our open house. It is a testament to what we can achieve when we come together with purpose and care.
Looking ahead, we're excited to build on this momentum with a variety of upcoming events and workshops designed to support recovery, wellness, and connection. We hope you’ll join us again soon.
From all of us at EPIC Recovery, thank you for being an essential part of this journey.
We are deeply grateful to our incredible volunteers whose dedication and hard work were the backbone of our open house’s success. Your generous spirit and commitment to our mission made the day truly memorable, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to Councillor Elizabeth Peloza for presenting EPIC Recovery with a beautiful certificate of commemoration. It has already been framed and proudly hangs in our conference room as a meaningful symbol of community support and recognition.
We’d also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Julie Rains of The Focal Point Group for capturing an incredible video of the event, allowing us to relive the special moments and share them with the community.
