Official Rules: Zero Proof Social Ticket Giveaway

1. Giveaway Administrator

The Zero Proof Social Ticket Giveaway is administered by 9345205 Canada Inc., operating as EPIC Recovery, located at 743 Wellington Road, London, Ontario, referred to in these rules as the “Giveaway Administrator.”

EPIC Recovery was gifted two tickets and is offering them through this community giveaway. EPIC Recovery is not a sponsor, producer or organizer of Zero Proof Social: Latin Night.

Zero Proof Social: Latin Night is organized and delivered by The Leisure Learning Lab at 3L.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and closes on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

Entries received before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Ontario who:

• are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

• are available to attend the event in London, Ontario, on Friday, August 28, 2026; and

• have internet access and a valid email address.

Employees and contractors of the Giveaway Administrator, as well as members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway Administrator may require reasonable proof of age, residency or eligibility before awarding the prize.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary.

To enter, complete and submit the official entry form at epicrecovery.ca/zero-proof-giveaway during the giveaway period.

Limit one entry per person. If more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first eligible entry will be included in the draw.

Incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be removed at the reasonable discretion of the Giveaway Administrator.

Following EPIC Recovery or another social media account, tagging another person, sharing a post, downloading the EPIC Nexus app or consenting to receive marketing emails is not required to enter and will not provide an additional entry.

5. Prize

One prize is available. The prize consists of two general-admission tickets to:

London, Ontario

The approximate retail value of the prize is $50, plus applicable ticket fees and taxes.

The prize includes admission for two people only. Transportation, accommodation, parking and any other costs associated with attending the event are the winner’s responsibility.

The prize must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be exchanged for cash, resold or transferred by the winner. No substitution will be provided except where reasonably necessary at the discretion of the Giveaway Administrator.

6. Random Draw and Odds of Winning

One potential winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The draw will take place on Monday, August 24, 2026 after the giveaway closes.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.

To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

• respond within 24 hours of the first notification email;

• continue to meet all eligibility requirements;

• provide any reasonable confirmation required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

If the selected entrant does not respond within 24 hours, cannot accept the prize, does not meet the eligibility requirements or cannot be reached using the information provided, the entrant will be disqualified. The Giveaway Administrator may then randomly select another eligible entrant.

The potential winner is not confirmed as the winner until all requirements in these rules have been satisfied.

8. Event Changes or Cancellation

EPIC Recovery does not control the scheduling, content, delivery or operation of Zero Proof Social: Latin Night.

If the event is postponed, rescheduled, modified or cancelled for reasons outside the Giveaway Administrator’s control, the Giveaway Administrator is not responsible for replacing the event, reimbursing expenses or providing the cash value of the tickets.

Any replacement, refund or other accommodation offered by the event organizer will be subject to the organizer’s own policies.

9. Personal Information and Email Consent

Personal information submitted through the entry form will be used to:

• administer the giveaway;

• verify eligibility;

• conduct the random draw;

• contact the selected entrant; and

• award and deliver the prize.

Consent to receive promotional emails from EPIC Recovery is optional and is not required to enter. Only entrants who provide separate, affirmative consent through the entry form will be added to EPIC Recovery’s marketing email list.

Entrants who provide marketing consent may withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in an email or by contacting info@epicrecovery.ca.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with EPIC Recovery’s Privacy Policy, available at epicrecovery.ca/privacy-policy.

10. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and accepts the Giveaway Administrator’s reasonable decisions concerning the administration of the giveaway.

The Giveaway Administrator may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes:

• contains false or misleading information;

• was submitted through an automated or fraudulent process;

• duplicates another entry from the same person;

• attempts to interfere with the fair administration of the giveaway; or

• otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.

The Giveaway Administrator may suspend, modify or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical problems or circumstances outside its reasonable control materially affect its fair administration. Where reasonably possible, a winner may be selected from eligible entries received before the suspension, modification or cancellation.

The Giveaway Administrator is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or not received because of technical problems outside its reasonable control.

11. Instagram, Facebook and Meta

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

By entering, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook and Meta from responsibility associated with the administration of this giveaway. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to EPIC Recovery and not to Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

12. Governing Law

The giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
