Join us for a Free Improv Drop-In Evening and discover how improvisation can help you build skills that support both everyday life and recovery. Through simple guided activities, you can learn to:

• Strengthen communication and connection with others
• Reduce social anxiety and feel more present in the moment
• Practice resilience, creativity, and problem-solving in a supportive environment

This session is open to anyone curious about improv, including individuals in recovery, friends, family members, and anyone looking to explore new ways to connect and grow. No previous experience is needed, and there is no pressure to perform.

Dean has been part of the improv community for over a decade; performing, hosting, and teaching. As a certified addiction professional with lived experience, Dean has used improv as a powerful tool for healing and personal growth. He has taught these principles at wellness conferences, educational institutions, and to mental health professionals across North America. Dean brings a warm, down-to-earth approach that blends humour with practical recovery strategies.
